1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using any part of the FeedMyTrip platform — including the Explorer, Planner, Social, or Agent Hub — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

FeedMyTrip is operated by FeedMyTrip (referred to as "we", "us", or "the company"). These terms apply to all users of the web application at feedmytrip.com and related services.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the platform.

3. Content you post

You own the content you post on FeedMyTrip. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and store your content as part of operating the platform. We don't claim ownership of your photos, captions, or trip data.

You're responsible for what you post. Don't post content that's false, misleading, illegal, harmful, or that violates someone else's rights. See our Trust & Safety page for the full content policy.

4. Travel agent listings

Travel agents listing services on FeedMyTrip through the Agent Hub must complete our verification process. Listings must be accurate. Misleading itineraries, inflated pricing, or false credentials are grounds for immediate removal and may be reported to relevant authorities.

FeedMyTrip acts as a discovery and connection platform, not as a travel agency. We don't take responsibility for services booked through agent listings, though we do take reports of agent misconduct seriously.

5. Join My Trip posts

Posts that invite others to join a trip are subject to additional rules outlined in our Trust & Safety policy. You must have a genuine, planned trip to post a Join My Trip. Creating fraudulent join invitations to scam or harm other users is a serious violation and will result in a permanent ban.

6. Prohibited uses

You must not use FeedMyTrip to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post spam, scam content, or bot-generated material
• Scrape the platform or use automated tools without permission
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you don’t own
• Impersonate another person, business, or FeedMyTrip itself
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful code

7. Platform availability

FeedMyTrip is provided as-is and we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We're in active development, which means features can change, and occasional downtime is possible. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

FeedMyTrip is a discovery and planning tool. We are not responsible for the quality of real-world travel experiences, the accuracy of third-party place data, or the actions of other users — including travel agents or fellow travelers you connect with through the platform. Exercise your own judgment when acting on content or connections made via FeedMyTrip.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. If changes are significant, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
